Lukashenko: only Belarusian people have the right to decide their fate, whether someone likes it or not

The pressure and attempts of categorical interference in the internal affairs of Belarus have further strengthened the monolith of the state vertical and united civil society – as noted by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko at today’s ceremony of presentation of credentials by foreign ambassadors

The Head of State said that the presidential election campaign would obviously become a new reason for external attacks on Belarus.

“They [opponents] have probably already begun preparing for high-profile ‘overthrow of the regime’ and asking for millions of Dollars in grants for these useless purposes. They ask for it every five years. I would like to straightforwardly upset the ideological inspirers: we did not allow and will not allow to shake the situation and plunge the country into the abyss of chaos. There is no need to agitate our people for Belarus: they understand that they themselves are Belarus – strong, stable and independent. Only the Belarusian people have the right to decide their fate, whether someone likes it or not,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
