Statistical portrait of average father in Belarus

As of January 1st, 2024, 3,302,700 men aged 18 years and older lived in Belarus – according to the statistical survey of the National Statistical Committee (Belstat) of Belarus, dedicated to Father’s Day, celebrated in our country on October 21st, sb.by reports

According to Belstat, there were 3,302,700 men in Belarus as of January 1st, 2024, with 23.1 percent living in rural areas against 76.9 percent city residents. Almost every fifth man lives in the capital.

Belstat also provides a statistical portrait of a man in our country: a married Belarusian, living in the city, who has secondary specialised education and works in the construction industry or transport sector.
