Lukashenko instructed to connect district centres and all agro-towns with good roads

Today, when President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has been reported on the development of the national highway network and the formation of transport infrastructure that would provide an hour-long travel to satellite cities, the Head of State instructed to connect district centres with all agro-towns via good roads

In particular, the President noted that our automobile roads are not limited merely to international highways, “We have agreed that after building roads from Minsk to regional centres, we should bring roads from regional to district centres into normal condition. I don’t think we need to have four-lane traffic there; two-lane roads are enough for now. We need to connect district centres with agro-towns. This is the most important question if we want people to live in the countryside and not feel offended. They deserve it.”
