Lukashenko awarded university graduates and named main components of success for youngsters
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has presented today awards to the best graduates and teachers of higher education institutions at the Palace of Independence

Addressing the invited guests, the Head of State noted that today fate had deservedly brought them to the holy of holies of the country’s political life: the Palace of Independence.
“Different people visit this place: distinguished foreign guests, senior officials, people receiving state awards and scientific degrees. But it is your presence that brings a special meaning to the political everyday life and solemn events. You are a symbol of the future, the future of our native Belarus,” the President underlined.

The President noted that just yesterday, young boys and girls defended their theses and passed a serious state exam, “I see from your confident looks that you are ready to confirm the professional qualifications assigned to you. You have experienced a lot of hard work, sleepless nights, and the excitement of relatives and friends. Ahead is no less difficult, but believe me, a very interesting and eventful life. The difficulty lies in its impetuosity. Therefore, when meeting with youngsters, I always tell them to do everything on time. Get an education on time and improve your knowledge, create families and have children on time. These are the basic components of any person’s success.”
