“However, before approving your proposals, I’d like to make sure that these approaches will contribute to solving national problems. The state is at the heart of everything. The implementation of your proposals should expand the capabilities of the banking sector and help the development of domestic enterprises, no matter how difficult it may be. There should be no red tape in this regard. I’ve already told you that there are no sanctions for you. It’s possible to find a way out of any situation,” the President noted.

Aleksandr Lukashenko asked to dwell in more detail on the issues of conducting cross-border settlements, “In late March, we already discussed this topic and agreed that, where necessary, we will help domestic enterprises make payments to their foreign partners and return foreign currency earnings to the country. What has changed during this time?”
