Lukashenko appointed Yuri Frolov Aide to President, Inspector for Minsk

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has made a number of important personnel decisions. The Head of State has appointed Yuri Frolov – who headed the Main Directorate for Construction, Housing and Communal Services and the city of Minsk in the State Control Committee – Aide to the President, Inspector for Minsk

The Head of State described the appointee as follows, “You’re an experienced person. I chose you among others because you controlled the activities of personnel and enterprises. You are positively characterised from your workplace. You’re a young promising man. Control in Minsk is very important.”
