Industry Minister: Belarus’ machine building developing successfully, steadily and stably
Belarusian machine building is developing successfully, steadily and stably – as noted by Industry Minister Aleksandr Yefimov in his talk with the ONT TV channel
According to Aleksandr Yefimov, last year saw record figures both in terms of production and exports of goods.
“The positive dynamics continue this year. We can say that Belarus’ machine building industry is developing successfully, steadily and stably, having a solid foundation,” the official underlined.
Moreover, the Industry Minister revealed what the focus is currently made on, “We plan to strengthen and continue the good dynamics in terms of investment activities for the modernisation of enterprises. Of course, the diversification of sales markets is one of the strategic areas where we will make additional efforts. We are now adjusting our export strategy in order to achieve a fairly stable result in the near future and diversify all our areas. The formula is known: 30-30-30. We will try to make this formula come true and diversify our exports in this direction as much as possible in the coming years.”
