F-16 fighters transferred to Kiev to be deployed in Ukraine

The F-16 fighter jets transferred to Kiev by the United States will be deployed on the territory of Ukraine – as announced by US President Joe Biden's National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, TASS reports

According to the US official, it is planned to deploy the F-16 fighters in Ukraine, and the bilateral security agreement signed by Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelenskyy highlights this point.

"We want to help Ukraine get these means, which should be placed in Ukraine," Mr. Sullivan said in an interview with PBS.
