Belarus, Vietnam discussed algorithm of building co-operation in peacekeeping

The Chief of the International Military Co-operation Department – Assistant to the Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy, Colonel Valery Revenko, has met with the Director of the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations under the Ministry of National Defence, Colonel Pham Manh Thang, Belarus’ Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel

The parties discussed the algorithm for building co-operation in the field of peacekeeping. “The Belarusian side expressed interest in working out the issue of training its representatives at the Training Centre of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations," the source informed.

The military officials agreed that peace and security activities play an important role in the current realities of the international situation.
