Serbian Ambassador: we are happy to continue our co-operation with friendly Belarus in all aspects

Belarus and Serbia can co-operate in any number of areas, said Ilina Vukajlovic, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Belarus, after her meeting with Natalya Kochanova, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly

“We are proud that Serbia is hosting Expo 2027, and invite the friendly Belarus to take part and show their competences, capabilities, and potential in all areas there,” said Ms. Vukajlovic.

“Serbia is also a member of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence which we are going to chair for the next three years. Our economy is doing great. One of the leading global agencies recently upgraded Serbia’s investment rating, so we are ready to share our experience with our friends in Belarus. Aleksandar Vulin, our Deputy Prime Minister, is set to visit Minsk next week to take part in the II International Conference on Eurasian Security. We have a number of events planned to celebrate 30 years of our diplomatic relations. An exhibition set up in the Great Patriotic War History Museum is going to be focused on the suffering endured by the Serbian people during World War II. And, of course, we are happy to continue our co-operation with the friendly Belarus in all areas that benefit our peoples,” she elaborated.
