Lukashenko congratulated Russian FIS Chief Naryshkin on his 70th birthday

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service Chief, Sergei Naryshkin, on his 70th birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"Over the years, you have proven yourself to be a competent leader, a professional in your field, with deep knowledge and able to achieve your goals. Performing duties in many responsible positions, you faithfully serve the Motherland and have earned very high respect as an authoritative and principled statesman," the congratulatory message reads.

The President expressed confidence that, in these difficult times, Mr. Naryshkin's experience, energy and talent of a modern leader will be the key to effective work to strengthen Belarusian-Russian relations through special services, as well as serve to further develop the allied and strategic partnership between the two fraternal states.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service Chief good health, inexhaustible energy, good spirits and successful implementation of all his plans.
