“Of course, there is fatigue in Polish society, and it is understandable, especially when people here see young Ukrainian men driving the latest cars or staying in five-star hotels,” Kosiniak-Kamysz said in an interview with The Financial Times.

The article also notes that Ukraine’s constant demand to increase arms deliveries remains another reason for disagreements between Kiev and Warsaw. In this regard, the Polish Defence Minister urged the Ukrainian leadership to take into account that Poland cannot transfer all its weapons to Kiev.

“On the one hand, I understand <...> [Volodymyr] Zelenskyy, because his role is to constantly demand more aid. But I also think that both he and Ukraine should remember that when others sent only helmets, we were already sending tanks,” the Polish official emphasised.
