As part of the delegation of the Republic of Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus is visited these days by the ministers of sci-tech development and higher education, healthcare and social protection, agriculture, forestry and water management, and others.

"An agreement was signed today [February 18th] between the Healthcare Ministry of the Republika Srpska and the Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee. We already have experience working together, and contacts have been established. Twenty-one patients have already undergone treatment at this centre, and 28 more are next in line. We have got acquainted with the most advanced technologies of the facility. I would like to congratulate the centre, the Republic of Belarus, and President Aleksandr Lukashenko on the achievements. The latter would have been impossible without the support of the state," Milorad Dodik said.

The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina also mentioned other areas of co-operation with Belarus, “We are visiting other facilities as well – i.e. Belkommunmash. In addition, our Agriculture Minister is scheduled to visit the Minsk Tractor Works and the Minsk Automobile Plant. A meeting of our education ministers is also planned.”

At Belkommunmash, Milorad Dodik got acquainted with the company’s products, and Belarus’ First Deputy Industry Minister Aleksandr Ogorodnikov gave him detailed information on the work of the Belarusian industry, including mechanical engineering.

“I would like to implement a project to purchase your buses for our cities to transport schoolchildren, students, and hospital patients, who will receive special cards for using this transport. In addition, we are ready to purchase agricultural transport. The quality of your products has been well known to us since the times of former Yugoslavia, and even my father had a tractor made in Belarus. I believe we will have more of your equipment. In addition, your machinery is also used in quarry production," the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina said.
