Lukashenko to Rahmon: I really appreciate our friendship, opportunity to find a solution to even most difficult issues at any time

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"This event at the beginning of the controversial 1990s became truly fateful for the country. Along with your famous phrase ‘I will bring you peace!’, stability, national unity and confidence in the future have returned to the Tajik land. You have honourably fulfilled the promise you made to your people," the Head of State noted.

The President also stressed, “I really appreciate our friendship, the opportunity to find a solution to even the most difficult issues at any time. I sincerely respect your steadfastness and courage, which are the key to the progressive development and strengthening of fraternal relations between Minsk and Dushanbe. You know that the doors of hospitable Belarus are always open, and I will look forward to a new meeting with great pleasure."

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Emomali Rahmon good health, high spirits, success in serving his Fatherland, also wishing peace, prosperity and well-being to all residents of Tajikistan.
