Lukashenko sent condolences to Erdogan over terrorist attack on TUSAS

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with human losses as a result of the terrorist attack on the TUSAS aerospace company, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"On behalf of the Belarusian people and myself, I express my deep condolences in connection with the brutal terrorist attack on the Turkish TUSAS aerospace company in Ankara, which led to human casualties and a large number of injured people," the Head of State noted.

The President stressed that Belarus strongly condemns all forms and manifestations of terrorism and extremism, which are inhumane in their essence, have no borders and cause great harm to building safe coexistence and trust between states.

"We share the pain and sorrow of the Turkish people, express our words of support and solidarity to them and call on the international community to take the necessary steps to stop further escalation of tension," the message of condolences reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished steadfastness and courage to the families of the victims, as well as a speedy recovery to all those injured.
