Lukashenko extended validity of decree envisaging support of physical culture and sports organisations, with some remarks

On October 17^th, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 396, which extended the validity period of Decree No. 191 On Support to Physical Culture and Sports Organisations dated April 15th, 2013, until June 30, 2025, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

As explained in the press service of the President, the Government is currently preparing proposals to improve the support system in the sports industry, including strengthening control over the allocation of funds from local budgets and state-owned enterprises for these purposes, optimising the financing of playing sports clubs depending on the sports result.
