Labour and Social Protection Minister: no plans to increase retirement age in Belarus
The issue of raising the retirement age is not on the agenda in Belarus – as informed by Labour and Social Protection Minister Natalia Pavlyuchenko
Ms. Pavlyuchenko recalled that, in Belarus, the retirement age for women is 58 years, for men — 63 years. “We know that an increase in the retirement age is being discussed in a number of CIS countries. I want to assure you that such an issue is not on the agenda in Belarus. There are no plans to increase the retirement age for our citizens," she stressed.
