Putin: Russia ready to negotiate on Ukraine on the same conditions
Talking to journalists in Astana, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the Russian Federation is ready to negotiate on Ukraine on conditions that have been stated earlier, RIA Novosti reports

According to the Russian leader, Moscow is still ready to negotiate on the same conditions he had stated at the meeting with the Foreign Ministry staff last June.
“Nothing's changed,” Mr. Putin said.
He added that there are no pre-conditions to start negotiation, there only peace conditions.
