Belarus-made MAZ 303E20 electric bus highly appreciated in St. Petersburg

Minsk Automobile Works (MAZ) is taking part in the Russian Industrialist 2024 international forum in St. Petersburg, the company’s media centre reports

“As part of the collective exposition of the Industry Ministry enterprises, Minsk Automobile Works together with MAZ-RUS LLC presents MAZ 303E20 electric bus,” the enterprise informed. “We not only demonstrate our products, but also hold business negotiations on the side-lines of the forum.”

Within the framework of the exhibition, the MAZ stand was visited, in particular, by Chairman of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and St. Petersburg Deputy Governor Kirill Polyakov.

“Our MAZ 303E20 was appreciated by the high-ranking guests, who noted the well-done work of the plant’s labour team,” the media centre noted.

The Russian Industrialist 2024 international forum is held from November 26th-28th at the Expoforum Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg. This is a large-scale congress and exhibition event to demonstrate innovative industrial equipment, products, and technologies of companies in order to promote them to regional and international markets. The thematic sections include Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking, Automation, and Innovations. A large-scale collective exposition of the Industry Ministry enterprises, occupying an area of almost 500sq.m, is represented at the forum by 17 manufacturers.

Minsk Automobile Works is the flagship of Belarus’ automotive industry, specialising in the production of cargo, passenger, trailer and special equipment. The company manufactures about 500 models and modifications of on-board and all-wheel drive vehicles, dump trucks, chassis, tractors, timber trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, cranes, special equipment, alongside about 15 models of buses, trolleybuses, electric buses.
