Belarus, Chongqing to create zone of in-depth technical and economic development
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China, Yuri Senko, met with the Mayor of Chongqing, Hu Henghua, the Belarusian diplomatic mission reports
“The parties exchanged views on the issues of deepening trade and economic co-operation between the Republic of Belarus and the city of Chongqing in pursuance of the agreements reached during the state visit of Belarus’ President Aleksandr Lukashenko to China on February 28th – March 2nd, 2023,” the source said.
In Chongqing, Mr. Senko visited the Chinese Chang'an automobile company, the largest manufacturer of electric vehicles in Chongqing. “During the meeting with the company’s management, the parties discussed prospects of Belarusian-Chinese co-operation in the automotive industry in the context of creating a zone of in-depth technical and economic development with the city of Chongqing,” the diplomatic mission informed.
