Summing up the results of the large-scale event, the Deputy Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus, the Chairman of the Organising Committee, Igor Buzovsky, noted that the end of the exhibition summed up the great work of the department carried out throughout the year.
“Our specialists conducted a dialogue in different countries, which resulted in the presence of representatives of many countries and the diplomatic corps at the exhibition. Thank you for this result and this outcome we are marking today, and for initiating ideas and book projects throughout the year. I hope that during the exhibition we have received a certain charge for the coming period. Moreover, agreements have been reached and signed not only in creative projects, but also in projects that will also bring economic results in the publishing and printing areas. And, of course, the writing environment will make an even greater contribution to the cultural component of the interaction between our countries,” Igor Buzovsky stated.

According to the Deputy Minister of Information, many initiatives are planned for this and next years, “New ideas are associated with commercial, international, and some other activities on the part of our Ministry of Information. Next year should become a summarising one for us, with benchmark results. I am sure that we will gather at the 32nd Minsk International Book Fair with worthy indicators.”
