Swiss expert: going back to negotiating table is key for peace in Ukraine
Answering a question about what has to be done today to secure peace in Ukraine, founder of Geneva Institute for Multipolarity (Switzerland) Guy Mettan said in his talk with the STV TV channel that a key thing is to go back to the negotiating table
“The issue of peace in Ukraine is not going to be solved easily. No one knows the answer to your question. But in my opinion, going back to the negotiating table is the most important thing. I think there’s a chance for that to happen next year, and then we may see the end of this conflict. There are signs that both the West and Ukraine are getting tired of it,” said Guy Mettan.
Events unfolding in Ukraine is one of the most hotly discussed subjects. In private conversations, experts agree with President Aleksandr Lukashenko that there are no other options but to negotiate.
