Veraksa family received treats from Belarus’ President

The President’s Aide – Inspector for the Gomel Region, Yuri Gorlov, handed over delicious and useful gifts from Belarus' Head of State to the Veraksa family from the Mozyr District, BelTA reports

The President has recently visited the Mozyr District. During his communication with local residents, Aleksandr Lukashenko discussed important life issues, and the large Veraksa family wholeheartedly gave the Belarusian leader a sweet gift: honey from their apiary. The couple continue to develop beekeeping, having taken over the basics of the business from their father and grandfather.

Several days ago, Mr. Gorlov arrived in Boriskovichi with a pleasant mission and instructions from the Head of State to give delicious and useful gifts from the President to the Veraksa family. They included natural honey and juices from Aleksandr Lukashenko’s small homeland, a unique chocolate set, as well as bright merch T-shirts for children.

"Following the instruction of the Head of State, I have come to you with a pleasant mission. It is great that you are raising such wonderful children, living and working in your native land, and doing everything for the benefit of our state," Mr. Gorlov stressed, handing over natural products from the small homeland of the President.

The Veraksa family is a regular participant of solemn events held in the village, city and country, as well as of dialogue platforms and lessons aimed at educating young people. They speak at seminars and participate in car rallies in support of native Belarus.

Numerous certificates and commendations for an active position in the education and upbringing of their children, as well as certificates for participation in competitions and festivals of various levels make up a family gallery.
