Lukashenko congratulated Chairman of Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan and Sudanese people on Independence Day

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abdelrahman al-Burhan, and all Sudanese people on the national holiday of Independence Day, sb.by with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

"Your country is currently going through a difficult stage that requires maximum consolidation of society in order to establish peace, political stability and return the basic sectors of the economy to normal functioning," the message of greetings reads.

The Head of State noted that Minsk is ready to provide support to Khartoum in the implementation of food security projects, the organisation of medical care, the supply of agricultural and municipal equipment, and personnel training.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Abdel Fattah al-Burhan Abdelrahman al-Burhan good health and the implementation of his plans, also wishing harmony, progress and a peaceful future to the friendly Sudanese people.
