Lukashenko congratulated President of Cuba on national holiday: Liberation Day

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated the President of Cuba, Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez, on the national holiday: Liberation Day of the Republic of Cuba, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

The Head of State noted that the Cuban Revolution victory 66 years ago is a vivid example for all the peoples of the world who are fighting for the right to determine their own destiny.

"I am convinced that the wise and consistent steps of the Cuban leadership will ensure the effective development of the country and guarantee the safety and well-being of all citizens," the President stressed. "Minsk has always been and remains a reliable ally of Havana, ready to lend a shoulder in difficult moments."

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez good health and further success, also wishing peace and prosperity to all Cubans.
