Ukraine’ ex-PM revealed who prepared secret provisions for Zelenskyy’s Victory Plan
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that the secret provisions for the so-called Victory Plan of Volodymyr Zelenskyy had been prepared by the US authorities, RIA Novosti reports
According to Mr. Azarov, the United States has a list of targets on the territory of Russia, and – through Zelenskyy and the Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, who voiced the Victory Plan – it addressed Russia, “Our ability to attack targets is aimed at everything you have.” As noted by the Ukrainian politician, Mr. Zelenskyy's announcement of the Victory Plan was a kind of ultimatum to Russia by the United States.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the so-called Victory Plan in the Ukrainian parliament. The document includes five paragraphs and three secret additions. In particular, the first point implies Ukraine's invitation to NATO with subsequent membership, the second – the lifting of restrictions on long-range strikes on Russian territory, and the third – the deployment of a comprehensive non-nuclear strategic deterrence package on the territory of Ukraine.
