Since early 2023, BELAZ dump trucks were supplied to Ural and Siberia enterprises

Russian mining companies continue to expand their fleets of BELAZ mining dump trucks by implementing investment programmes for the development of production

EVRAZ Kachkanar Ore Mining and Processing Plant JSC in the Sverdlovsk Region is completing the assembly of a new mining dump truck of the BELAZ-7531 series with a payload capacity of 240 tonnes. Its design peculiarity is the presence of a diagonal ladder in the front of the machine for the safe ascent and descent of dump truck drivers. The assembly of the vehicle will soon be completed, after which it will have to undergo a scheduled run-in before the start of full-fledged operation in a quarry for the extraction of iron titanomagnetite ores, the official Telegram channel of BELAZ reports.

More than a dozen 240-tonne BELAZ trucks are already transporting rock near Mount Kachkanar along wide technological roads. This year, the plant expects to receive three more such powerful dump trucks.

Meanwhile, at the Sayano-Partizansky coal mine of the Russian Coal company in the Krasnoyarsk Krai, where high-calorific coal is mined, two new 90-tonne BELAZ-75589 trucks have already been put into operation.

The company notes that the use of BELAZ mining dump trucks with a larger carrying capacity will increase labour productivity, provide comfortable and safe conditions for drivers of technological vehicles. This year, the Sayano-Partizansky mine is expected to receive two more BELAZ trucks with a carrying capacity of 90 tonnes.
