Serbian activist: people in the West turning into biorobots

Liberalism as an ideology has led to the destruction of the value system in Europe – as stated by the Director of Serbia’s Centre for Geostrategic Studies, Dragana Trifkovic, at the recently held Cultural Degradation Issues in Europe: Challenges for the Union State international forum

“Liberalism as an ideology has led to the destruction of the value system – resulting in a loss of morality, dignity, spirituality and the ability to empathise. In addition, people have become disoriented. This trend is especially noticeable in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe,” Ms. Trifkovic said.

According to the expert, the West has entered a phase of degradation caused not only by the loss of value orientations, but also by the economic crisis, problems in the political system, and mass migration. “Society has become divided in many ways, and people have become detached from common interests. Religion and faith have lost their influence. This is evidenced by the fact that churches often turn into restaurants and venues for events such as exhibitions and fashion shows in Europe. Modern man there is becoming more isolated, focused on material values and far from humanistic ideals, turning into a biorobot,” she stated.
