Russian army recognised as world strongest

The army of the Russian Federation has been recognised as the strongest in the world by the US News and World Report magazine, TASS reports

According to the rating posted on the magazine's website, Russia tops the list as ‘the state with the strongest army’. The United States is second, and it is followed by Israel. The top five countries with the strongest armed forces also include China and the Republic of Korea.

Ukraine is placed eighth. Among the leading ten states are also Iran, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Turkiye.
