Putin: Russia ready for talks on Ukraine without preconditions

Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared Moscow’s readiness to negotiate on Ukraine without preconditions, but taking into account the current situation and on the basis of previously reached agreements, TASS reports

“We have no preconditions, we are ready to conduct a dialogue without preconditions, but on the basis of what we agreed during the negotiation process in Istanbul in late 2022, and based on the realities that are emerging on the ground today,” the Russian leader said during an annual phone-in and press conference.
