Professor Buzin: existence of American empire is now at its final stage
The world is moving towards multipolarity, and the United States will definitely lose its leadership over time – as stated by the Chairman of the Standing Commission on Human Rights, National Relations and Mass Media of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, Doctor of Military Sciences, Professor Nikolai Buzin, in his talk with SB TV

Answering the question whether the United States will open a front to force the recalcitrant countries to switch to the Dollar, the Belarusian MP stressed, “It seems to me the United States has already opened this front. Attempts are constantly being made to influence other countries. There are direct and concomitant sanctions. The banking sector, traders, and logistics companies are being targeted. In general, a full-scale operation is underway to preserve the Dollar system. Nevertheless, we must admit that there are countries that, despite all the difficulties, still solve their problems and exclude the Dollar from their balance of payments. Moreover, despite the statements of European countries that they block trade with Russia and so on, the volume of Russian gas in the EU now exceeds the volume of gas that comes from the United States. Differently speaking, the economy continues operating in any conditions.”
In addition, Mr. Buzin drew attention to the emergence of new very important centres of power in the world, and the Persian Gulf countries are among them. “Look, these countries have clearly formulated their position: if Europe continues to encroach on Russia's assets, appropriate retaliatory measures will be taken. This position has produced an effect: not the American position, not pressure from all sides, not sanctions, but the clear position of these states which obviously influence the world agenda,” he said.
Commenting on why an increasing number of countries declare their readiness to work in the BRICS format, the expert noted, “This would not have happened if today's world order suited everyone. Accordingly, we can talk about a dialectical necessity, we can say that the world has changed and is now looking for forms of interaction, new growth points that will help overcome problems. War is necessary only for those who make money on it. Most of the countries of the world are getting poorer because of it, since logistics, raw materials, innovations and so on are becoming more expensive. I think this process should stop. Any empire ends sooner or later. At the moment, we witness a final stage of the existence of the American empire. From now on, the United States will be just one of the centres of power. Moreover, this will happen only if Americans do not destroy their own country themselves (since there are prerequisites for this). A terrible crisis of power and a crisis of trust are observed not only among the countries of the world in relation to the United States, but also within the American elites.”
