A poll conducted by the Centrum Badania Opinii Spolecznej – a social opinion research centre – showed that 40 percent of Poles trust Donald Tusk, while 47 percent do not trust him.

57 percent of respondents reported their distrust of the leader of the opposition (former ruling) Law and Justice party, Jaroslaw Kaczynski. Thus, he leads the top three politicians whom Polish citizens trust the least. 29 percent of those polled said they trusted Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

Former Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek, who also represents Law and Justice, came second in terms of the negative attitude of Poles. 22 percent of the survey participants trust him, while 50 percent hold the opposite opinion.

The survey was conducted from November 8th-21st throughout Poland, interviewing 981 people over the age of 18.
