Polish special services may be involved in attempted terrorist attack at Machulishchi airfield
New details of the attempted terrorist attack at the Machulishchi airfield and the detention of a Ukrainian terrorist revealed by Belarus 1 TV channel
It is reported that an agent of the Ukrainian Security Service, Nikolai Shvets, received a mobile phone with special programmes – able to remotely monitor not only his actions, but also the surrounding environment – from his curators. The spy apps could automatically delete all data from the phone in case of unauthorised access.
On January 15th, 2023, Shvets left Kiev for Warsaw with drones and money. A radical from Belarus who escaped to Poland, a participant of the 2020 protest actions – Vitaly Yakutik – sent the devices to Belarus. Actually, Shvets failed to get into Belarus initially thanks to the vigilance and professionalism of the Belarusian border guard Andrei Mironchik. The Ukrainian Security Service hastily prepared a new route for the agent: Warsaw-Riga-Pskov. The man safely crossed the Russian border, hitchhiked to Pskov and from there went to Minsk by bus. Yakutik, while staying in Poland, helped him rent a house.
“With a high degree of probability, it is possible to assert that Poland’s special services were also involved in the operation,” a KGB officer commented. “This is evidenced by the fact that several people from among the so-called fugitives – currently staying in Poland – were involved in the action. These people had a hand in organising the delivery of weapons of destruction and drones to the territory of Belarus, ensuring the terrorist’s entry into our country, as well as preparing and implementing his evacuation routes.”
