Over 70% of Germans dissatisfied with Scholz’s work, the survey shows
According to Germany’s Bild tabloid, more than 70 percent of Germans are dissatisfied with the work of German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, RIA Novosti reports
The Institute for New Social Answers (INSA) research shows that Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz was rated particularly poorly. A reported 72 percent of voters disagree with his job performance – up 3 percentage points from early December. Only one in five (20 percent) think Scholz has done a good job – also down 3 percentage points.
It is also noted that 76 percent of respondents are generally dissatisfied with the work of the federal government, while 17 percent of German citizens are satisfied with it. This is reported to be the ruling coalition’s worst performance since it began work in December 2021.
