News photo: qualification tests for right to wear black beret

Qualification tests for the right to wear a black beret have been completed at the Interior Ministry’s training centre in the Minsk District. Initially, almost four hundred people expressed their willingness to participate in the competitions! As a result of the tests, there were just over a hundred left. Belarus’ Interior Minister, Lieutenant General of Police Ivan Kubrakov, presented the black berets to sixty-eight lucky guys! These include not only soldiers of the police special forces, as well as cadets of the Academy of the Interior Ministry, employees of the patrol and guard service, the Security Department and other police services. Representatives of the beautiful half of humanity also participated in the exam, but, alas, that was not their day… Anyway, it will be a little easier for them next time, after working on mistakes.
