National Bank: Belarus' gold and foreign currency reserves amounted to $8,219bn

According to preliminary data, Belarus’ international reserve assets amounted to $8.2186bn in equivalent as of March 1st, 2024, sb.by reports with reference to the National Bank’s website

According to the National Bank, in February 2024, gold and foreign currency reserves increased by $125.1m. 

The largest share in the structure of Belarus' international reserve assets is held by assets in foreign currency and monetary gold. The volume of foreign currency in reserves as of March 1st, 2024, amounted to $3.2966bn, an increase of $146.2m in February, and the volume of monetary gold – $3.5528bn.
