From the Bottom of Our Hearts charity drive: best wishes for the elderly

From the Bottom of Our Hearts, a New Year charity drive focused on elderly people, will last till January 15th, 2025, said Belarus' Ministry of Labour and Social Protection press service and reminded whom caring citizens and organisations are welcome to send their best wishes to
40,000 Belarusians are aged 90 and older, including 600 centenarians. There are also 1.9 million veterans of labour in Belarus, 961 veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 6,500 former prisoners of Nazi camps, and 500,000 children of war. 123,000 elderly people have no surviving family members, while 788,000 are living alone.
