N. Korea to have tourist zone

North Korea’s Wonsan-Kalma coastal tourist zone with a 4km beach, many hotels, inns and shops is nearing completion and will receive visitors in the coming years, TASS reports

According to the press service of the Primorye government on the results of the trip to the DPRK, the tourist programme for the Russian media included a visit to the Wonsan-Kalma coastal tourist zone under construction located on an area of 2.8 square kilometres, including 17 hotels, 37 inns, 29 different shops and a four-kilometre beach. It is noted that the tourist zone will start its operation and receive tourists in the coming years.
