MP: having launched war in Ukraine, US is fighting not against Russia, but Germany
Who is the United States really fighting against, and what goals has it set for itself? What is Germany's problem now? Oleg Gaidukevich, a deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, gave answers to these questions in his talk with SB TV.
Mr. Gaidukevich believes the most important crisis in Germany is the one of sovereignty. “There is a myth that the United States, having launched a war jointly with the United Kingdom in Ukraine, is fighting against Russia. No, they are actually fighting against Germany," he stressed. “One of the goals of starting a war in Europe and imposing sanctions on Russia and Belarus is to destroy Germany as the EU leader. Americans are demonstrating a success in this campaign. They understand perfectly well that it is impossible to destroy Russia. Enough time has passed, and everyone understands that Russia will not collapse. It has mobilised its economy for war production, and it is confidently continuing the special military operation. It is impossible to cut Russia off from the world. So why is the war going on today? One of the goals is the destruction of Germany as an economic leader of Europe, the destruction of the European Union. This country is not fully sovereign now. For Germans to hear and understand us, we want a strong Germany, we want it to be independent. It is beneficial for us when Germany is strong, when we have good relations with this country.”
According to Mr. Gaidukevich, Germans are tired, being hit hard by sanctions. “Businesses are closing. The green economy, which is being imposed from everywhere, is destroying German industry. Enterprises are being transferred to other countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Migrants will not integrate into its society, and they even do not want to. Germany's main problem now is that its point of view is not taken into consideration. The Middle East, Africa and China know perfectly well that it is necessary to negotiate with the White House. However, is there any necessity to negotiate with Chancellor Scholz? What can be discussed with him? Scholz will do everything that Americans tell him. This is Europe's problem. We do not want that. We want to restore Europe's independence. We advocate that they decide their own fate, and not the United States for them. Everything will be fine then,” Mr. Gaidukevich said.
The MP stressed that the United States has always been afraid of a union of Germany and Russia, “Germany is strong when it is in alliance with Russia and Belarus. Americans have been afraid of a union of Germany and Russia, doing everything to destroy it. The Nord Stream was a problem for the US, and the latter accordingly blew it up. By the way, many German MEPs openly talk about who destroyed the Nord Stream. They also call Scholz a coward who is afraid to raise this topic and discuss this issue. Scholz is no longer capable of anything, he has not been capable since his election. He should leave the office. Germany will be saved by a new chancellor and a new government that will think about the country’s national interests, rather than look back at the White House.”
