Lukashenko updated decree on additional measures to ensure stable functioning of the economy

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 326 to amend Decree No. 93 as of March 14th, 2022 On Additional Measures to Ensure Stable Functioning of the Economy, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports

The decree also introduced a system of state control over the alienation by persons from unfriendly countries of their shares in the authorised funds (shares), as well as real estate of Belarusian enterprises (providing for such alienation only with the permission of the Government and subject to payment by the seller to the local budget of a contribution of at least 25 percent of the market value of the alienated shares, real estate).

A fee will be applied to legal entities providing services for the entry and placement of trucks registered in the EU countries in specially designated places for cargo operations (in the amount of 0.8 base value for the service provided by the organisation). This innovation comes into force three months after the official publication of the decree.
