Lukashenko to youngsters: I dream you properly assess and perceive what’s happening now
During today’s awards ceremony for graduates and teachers of higher education institutions, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko urged youngsters to appreciate and use what has been created before us
The Head of State thanked all the participants of the event for this meeting, “With you – young and purposeful – I become younger myself, and the mood is completely different on the eve of the holiday. I’m always excited when I meet young people. I always think about how you perceive our policy in general. Different opinions and different understanding of life collide here. However, I dream that you correctly assess and perceive what is happening now. The basis of any life lies in creation, rather than in destruction. And creation envisages the use of all the experience and achievements that humanity has developed before you.”
According to Aleksandr Lukashenko, we talk a lot about Belarus today, that we have done a lot, “We’ve done something – quite a bit compared to what has been done before us. However, if we hadn’t stood on the shoulders of giants, - as the great ones said – if we hadn’t used what was created before us, we wouldn’t have met with you today. Therefore, appreciate what has been created before you. Use this as a foundation for building your personal life, as well as building your state, your country. Although the fate of any state is the life of each of you personally.”
