Lukashenko to take part in CSTO summit in Yerevan on November 23rd

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, will pay a working visit to Armenia, BelTA reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

On November 23rd, the Head of State will take part in the session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation in Yerevan. The event will be held in narrow and expanded formats.

The state leaders will discuss topical issues of international and regional security, the main results of the CSTO activities during the intersessional period. The summit participants will also consider a wide range of issues related to various spheres and areas of co-operation.

Taking into account the transition of the CSTO chairmanship to Belarus in 2022-2023, Aleksandr Lukashenko will announce priority areas on which joint efforts should be concentrated during this period.
