Lukashenko signed decree on increasing pensions from October 1st

On September 12^th, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 357 On Increasing Pensions, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

The document envisages the recalculation of labour pensions and their increase by an average of 5 percent from October 1^st, 2024.

Br2bn will be allocated to pay pensions in October, of which Br95m will be additional expenses in connection with the increase stipulated by the decree.
