Lukashenko sends Independence Day greetings to Turkmenistan

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow and the people of this country on Independence Day – as reported in the Belarusian leader’s press service

“Turkmenistan today is a dynamically developing state that has achieved significant results in many areas over the years of sovereignty,” the congratulatory message reads. “Within the framework of common history and space, Belarus has always sincerely rejoiced at your successes.”

The Belarusian Head of State expressed confidence that by joint efforts it would be possible, while maintaining the existing ties, to bring bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level.
