Lukashenko pardoned 20 more convicted of extremist crimes
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a decree to pardon 20 more persons who committed extremist crimes, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service
Among those pardoned are eleven women. Fourteen persons have chronic diseases, ten convicts have children, and one woman has four children.
All of them admitted their guilt, repented of what they had done and petitioned the President for clemency.
The Interior Ministry would ensure control over these persons’ law-abiding behaviour after they leave the prison.
