Lukashenko made new appointments, among them Culture Minister, Ambassador to Turkmenistan
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has made a number of personnel decisions today – in particular, he appointed Ruslan Chernetsky, a member of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives on Education, Culture and Science, a new Culture Minister

Former Minister of Taxes and Duties Sergei Nalivaiko has been appointed the President’s Aide, Inspector for the Mogilev Region. Stanislav Chepurnoy, who previously headed the Main Directorate for International Co-operation and Trade of the Council of Ministers, will work as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Turkmenistan.
The Head of State has also agreed to the appointment of Aleksandr Tsivako as Chairman of the Zhodino City Executive Committee. Until recently, he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Stolbtsy District Executive Committee.
Valery Kovalev will head Beltopgaz State Production Association for Fuel and Gasification.
The Belarusian Oil Company will be headed by Marat Maletsky, the Advisor on Organisational Issues to the Director of Logistics Energy JSC. In turn, Andrei Demidovets, the former General Director of Gomel-based Radamir Distillery, will head Minsk-Kristall JSC – the Managing Company of the Minsk Kristall Group Holding.
