Lukashenko: Labour Day unites all those who work for the good of Motherland
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has congratulated Belarusians on May 1st – Labour Day
“Having become truly national, Labour Day unites people of different generations, all those who work for the good of the Motherland,” the congratulatory message reads.
“Conscientious and responsible attitude to work has enabled Belarusians to survive in the most difficult periods of history and build an independent state. Serving a common goal has always been – and still remains – the measure of success and recognition on our land,” the President said, adding, “By creating and realising our plans and dreams, we give meaning to life, and we multiply the national heritage by personal successes and achievements.”
The Head of State sincerely wished everyone to find their vocation, which would bring the joy of new discoveries and self-realisation. “I thank representatives of all professions for their daily labour feats, skill and constant ambition for development. Peace and kindness to you! Happy Labour Day!”
