Lukashenko congratulated President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service

“Your inherent leadership qualities, steadfastness of character and deep patriotism are the basis for the successful implementation of the course for the sustainable development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the growth of its influence in the international arena,” the congratulatory message reads.

The Head of State noted that his visit to Uzbekistan in February 2024 confirmed once again the common desire to strengthen bilateral interaction and co-operative ties at all levels.

“We will continue to aim at building relations with Tashkent in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual support,” Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed.

“I sincerely wish you, dear Shavkat Miromonovich, and your family a peaceful sky, the support of relatives and friends, and the prosperity of Uzbekistan, to which you have devoted your whole life,” the President noted. “I will be glad to welcome you to the hospitable Belarusian land.”
