Lukashenko: assistance will be rendered to those who produce results
Everyone who is demonstrating results will be assisted – as stated by the President at a meeting in Postavy focusing on the work of agro-industrial associations of the Vitebsk Region
“Due to the lack of raw materials, the capacities of processing enterprises remain unloaded,” the President said. “Two of them – the Postavy Dairy Plant and the Verkhnedvinsk Creamery – were 100 percent loaded. Problems are increasing apace, and some heads of the debt-laden enterprises continue to hope that they will be written off debts again, that they will be helped, and so on. We will help everyone who works hard and produces results. It is no need to tell me about any objective circumstances.”
In particular, Aleksandr Lukashenko mentioned periodic complaints of farmers about weather conditions. “The weather conditions are normal, I would say they are ideal. We have not only grain. There are many other crops in our country. The same is true in the Vitebsk Region. So there are normal weather conditions! We need to adapt to them!” he stated.
