Lukashenko arrived in Kazan for BRICS Summit

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has arrived in Kazan – which is hosting the BRICS Summit these days – on a working visit, BelTA reports

Aleksandr Lukashenko will take part in the BRICS Plus/Outreach format meeting in Kazan. The leaders of the countries will discuss the burning international issues, the topic of strengthening co-operation in the BRICS format as a foundation of multilateralism, the increase in cohesion of the world majority and the early resolution of existing regional conflicts.

A broad programme of international contacts of Belarus’ President is planned as well. In total, the forum will bring together the heads of more than 40 states and international organisations.
